• Loose fitting cotton t-shirt
• 1 yard of mesh fabric
• Rotary cutter
• Cutting mat
• Ruler
• Chalk
• Pins
• Sewing Machine

How To:
1.)  Make a line down the center of the back of the shirt
2.) Measure 1 inch in from both bottom side seams and mark with chalk
3.) Chalk a strait line from the top middle to the bottom right and left seams (make a triangle)
4.) Cut out the triangle of fabric (leave 1 inch uncut on top)
5.) Cut the mesh fabric to be 4 inches wider than the width of the shirt and 6 inches longer than the length of the shirt
6.) Pin a 2 inch box pleat and sew it in place
7.) Pin unfinished seam of shirt to mesh fabric (unfinished seam facing inside)
8.) Sew from bottom up (don’t sew the pleated area to the shirt yet)
9.) Repeat step 8 on the other side
10.) Measure from shoulder to shoulder and height of sleeve double the dimensions and cut mesh fabric in that size
11.) Sew mesh fabric in a rectangle shape with all seams facing in
12.) Cut a 2 x 4 inch piece of mesh and use it to gather the center of the bow – loop through the top opening of the triangle and sew it together
13.) Sew the bow loop, pleated area and shirt together
14.) Round the bottom of the mesh fabric to the length of your choosing
