One&Only Palmilla Go Back
Neil & Ida first met as teenagers and their relationship which started out as high school sweethearts has spanned the decade. Together they have attained multiple degrees, lived in many states and hand many succusses. The two decided to wed in an elaborate multi-day celebration in beautiful Los Cabos Mexico. Led by a dohl drummer our groom arrived on a Persian white horse. Family and guests were dressed to impress in detailed and beautifully intricate attire. Our bride also arrived in great style led by the dance team and looked absolutely beautiful. The ceremony took place on a custom-built wooden platform that was shaded by a custom-built overhead canopy with weaving fabric to allow guests to still see the view and for the sea air to pass through while keeping guests cool and shaded. The mandap was circular in shape, draped in white fabric and expertly decorated with gorgeous florals in shades of coral, pink, marigold and orange. The aisle was decorated with rose petals and beyond the stunning view, there was so much dimension and texture to be taken in. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a traditional Thali style lunch. Custom made silver platters with the couples’ wedding logo were used to serve the food. The tables were set with teal linens to match the beautiful Sea of Cortez which made for a beautiful backdrop. The florals were saturated jewel tone colors of ruby, emerald, amethyst, topaz and citrine.
